Reminder for the visitor:

• If you want to visit us, be sure to make a reservation in advance! Contact us by e-mail or phone.
• We don’t do “just watching”. To visit, it is necessary to book a suitable package.
• Stick to the agreed time! Due to the high number of bookings, we cannot start before the agreed time.
• If you arrive earlier, wait in the car or at the meeting point (by the fountain). Do not go for a walk on the territory on your own!
• Be sure to let us know if you are late!
• This is our home, respect it and do not destroy our property, including trees and other plants.
• Be polite when approaching animals. Don’t scream, run or give them food without asking.
• If you want to bring a treat for the animals, make an appointment with us in advance.
• In case of cancellation less than 72 hours before the booked time or in case of no-show, 65% of the price of the package reserved for you is due.
• NB! We have the right to terminate the program prematurely in case of malicious breaking and disobedience to orders.
